Robert Andrews Laser & Medical Aesthetics is a highly experienced medical aesthetics practice led by Halle Friedman, RN, BSN, MBA, CANS. We are located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We have consistently been an award-winning practice for the past nine years; including The Best for the Colorado Springs Independent, the Gazette and Accolade awards. Robert Andrews is Veteran Owned, and we are proud to offer a military discount.

Our Philosophy

The medical staff at Robert Andrews provides a holistic approach to aesthetic medicine. Our goal is to work with each individual client to develop a comprehensive treatment plant that addresses your specific needs and concerns.

Our philosophy is based on the belief that healthy skin requires a healthy lifestyle combined with medical grade treatments and products tailored to meet your individual needs. With the right combination of skin-enhancing treatments and medical cosmetic products, we are able to cater to individual beauty needs at every stage of life.

Some of our more popular services include dermal fillers (e.g. all Juvéderm® products (Voluma, Vollure, Vobella, Ultra, and Ultra Plus) Radiesse®, Restylane® (Lyft, Kyss, Refine, and Define), Bellafill®, Sculptra®, and Kybella®. We also offer Botox®, Dysport®, and Xeomin®. Laser services include Laser hair removal, IPL for brown spots, Fractional (Ablative and Non Ablative) for fine lines, wrinkles, scar and stretchmark reduction, Radio Frequency Lasers and Microneedling to treat scaring, fine lines and wrinkles; Body Contouring for fat reduction and skin tightening. In addition we offer a full line of aesthetic and facial services to meet your skin care needs, for example EuroThreads®, Skin Pen microneedling, HydraFacials®, Finishing Touch® Dermaplane™, and microneedling with PRP)

HALLE the owner is one of the most beautiful, compassionate, ethical, and all around kind person in the medical services I have ever met. I have been coming to Robert Andrews for almost 4 years, and honestly I have never felt more taken care of than I do at this facility. The staff treats you like family, and for that reason alone I'm satisfied, but the results are also fantastic. Founded Robert Andrews Laser & Medical Aesthetics in Colorado Springs, Colorado, in 2013. She is proud to provide her patients with the highest levels of compassionate care, skill, and medical technology.

She prides herself on seeing the big picture in life. Her broad and extensive life experience has led her to become an accomplished professional in a variety of areas.  At age 18, Halle entered the United States Air Force, where she served her country for over 20 years in both active duty and as a reservist.

During her time in the Air Force, she became a computer operations instructor and received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg. She also became a commissioned officer at this time and began her career as an emergency/battlefield nurse. She has been a nurse for over 26 years and has been an Operations Manager for several Emergency Rooms and also a Reservist battlefield nurse for over 20 in the United States Air Force.

She has extensive leadership experience and has worked directly for in direct support of the Air Force Surgeon General in Washington, DC.  

Halle is always looking to further her education and became a Certified Aesthetics Nurse Specialist (CANS) through the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona. She also holds a degree in information systems technology and received her MBA from Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs.

Halle is proficient in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, ablative and non-ablative laser skin resurfacing, sclerotherapy, advanced Botox®, dermal fillers, and more.

Dawn Reeves​

Dawn is a nationally certified Physician Assistant who previously specialized in orthopedic medicine and sexual reproductive health.

Dawn has moved into aesthetic and cosmetic surgery as an advanced aesthetic injector. Dawn provides injectable treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers, and administers weight loss programs. She also has expertise in bio-identical hormone replacement.

Licensed Aesthetician and Laser Specialist

Kelly chose the beauty industry because she is passionate about skincare, loves meeting people and helping them feel and look their best.

She attended The Salon Professional Academy in Colorado where she received her license to practice aesthetics. After school Kelly pursued her career in medical aesthetics with a focus on specializing in laser treatments.

She is passionate about educating her clients on a treatment plan that would be best for them as well as a proper home care routine.

Having suffered from acne herself, Kelly is devoted to helping clients with this unfortunate skin condition. Kelly’s services include facials, Micro-needling, Dermaplaning, Chemical peels, Microdermabrasion and various laser treatments including IPL and Laser Hair Removal.

If you are feeling nervous about trying a new treatment, Kelly will take the time to make sure you are at ease with your choice that best fits your needs and make you comfortable and relaxed during your appointments throughout your skin care journey.

She recently completed her formal medical aesthetics training, earning numerous certifications, and is eager to become licensed and start the rigorous training program at Robert Andrews Medical Aesthetics.

Michelle has gained popularity among our patients for her exceptional work in eyebrow enhancement, known for its natural and dignified strokes. She is a master at building eyebrows from the ground up and redefining natural eyebrows.

At Robert Andrews Medical Aesthetics, Michelle serves as a Patient Care Coordinator. She enjoys building personal relationships with our patients by accommodating their schedules and understanding their specific preferences.

Michelle’s calm demeanor has been a blessing to patients upon their first visit. She prioritizes the needs of others and is quick to identify what a guest may require, even before they realize it themselves!
